Losing weight, or indeed, even trying to gain weight, can be a challenging period in someone’s life.  If you have a difficulty managing your weight, Chrysalis Fitness can provide you with the mentoring and motivation that will help you achieve your goals.  Your Chrysalis Fitness personal trainer will provide you with a bespoke programme, tailored to your specific needs, giving guidance on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.

We understand the frustration that comes with following specific diets; the constant fluctuation in weight and the prohibitive eating plans that make you feel awful.  Our aim is to make you feel good about your weight and confident in yourself.  There are no scales in the Chrysalis Fitness Studio; we measure your success by how you feel.
