As such we not only design detailed, realistic training programmes, but also actively train alongside you, providing motivation and encouragement to ensure that you maximise your potential.
After a comprehensive fitness consultation your personal trainer will develop a programme that will thoroughly prepare you for your event, detailing fitness training, diet and lifestyle changes. Goal setting is important and your personal trainer will establish milestones, which will allow you to measure your progress. Each week, you will be given detailed training schedules, which consists of a mixture of supervised and unsupervised sessions, designed with your goals in mind that use a wide range of innovative training regimes, helping you achieve success in whatever event you are undertaking.
