Older Adults Feeling Younger

You can exercise at any age, as long as what you are doing is safe and supervised.  If you are over 60 and would like to continue exercising, Chrysalis Fitness can develop specific programmes, with your needs in mind that will allow you to remain active, mobile and fit.

The average age of a Chrysalis Fitness personal trainer is 40; so we fully understand the needs of the older clientele and are experienced in dealing with specific complaints such as osteoporosis or high blood pressure.  Your Chrysalis Personal trainer will work with you to develop a programme that will help you improve or maintain your fitness.
