Chrysalis Fitness will work with you to develop an exercise regime and lifestyle changes that will help you to manage your pain.  After a full functional and postural analysis, your Chrysalis Fitness personal trainer will develop a programme specifically tailored to benefit your particular complaint.  Programmes are designed to be progressive and realistic with achievable milestones that allow you to measure success on your journey to recovery. 

Your personal trainer will be there to mentor, motivate and manage your training recovery plan, ensuring that each session is varied and enjoyable, yet challenging you to use the injured or affected area.  You will train in the safety of the Chrysalis Fitness studio, which is fully equipped with the tools suited to help you recover.
